Sigler's Rotisserie opened October 1996 by Chef/Owner Michael Sigler and wife, Shirley, along with long-time associate Chef Todd Elliott. Featuring a state of the art open kitchen and a world-class rotisserie, Sigler's soon became the talk of Bluffton and the Lowcountry. In the early days, Sigler's served items exclusively from the rotisserie, such as Duckling, Prime Rib, Rack of Pork, Tenderloin of Beef, and Chicken. In 1998, we changed out name to Sigler's Rotisserie & Seafood in order to expand the menu to include our abundance of local seafood.
Catering has become a big part of our business. From small gatherings to large formal affairs, Sigler's is the caterer of choice when you want the very best. Sigler's also has a private dining room that remains very popular for intimate affairs when a separate room is required.
